  • All adult ballet classes with utilize intentional 6-week lesson plans and follow ABT curriculum.
  • With more choices and added flexibility in memberships, it’s easier than ever to pop into the studio and stay consistent in your practice!

Annual Studio Closures

To support rest, balance, and thoughtful planning throughout the year, our student classes follow a consistent annual break schedule. Families can expect the studio to be closed during the dates listed below each year.


March 15-20: Spring Break

April 3-5: Easter Break

May 31-June 6: Rest Week

July 4: Independence Day

August 11-15: Planning Week

November 23 -28: Thanksgiving Week

December 24-26: Christmas

December 31-January 1: New Year’s

Specialty Classes...

 Ellové

The Ellové Technique® is a conditioning and cross-training class. The pure techniques of ballet, yoga, fitness, and Pilates are set to music in a seamless movement sequence that improves strength, flexibility, and control. Incorporating

principles of dance medicine and science, The Ellové Technique reduces injury risk by targeting muscle imbalances, refining alignment, increasing endurance, and practicing safe stretching techniques, and is endorsed by Doctors for Dancers.

Rise 1

A one-of-a-kind class that introduces basic foot and body control for better technique in all dance styles. The in-class and take home exercises will not only strengthen your feet and ankles, but the whole body, not just for dance but for your every day tasks. *Materials are a fusion of functional movement exercises as well as exercises from Lisa Howell's publications.

Rise 2

The ultimate foot control class! Rise 2 is our Adult Pointe class. Prior approval is needed to book this class.
