NOVA's programming is designed with your family in mind.  From tiny dancers to teen classes and adult fitness there is something for everyone.  Our unique offerings for Mamas are one-of-kind, including yoga with childcare, baby wearing, and much more.

There are many paths to wellness, but at NOVA we believe that movement is the key that starts the engine.  It has the power to bring healing to our bodies, open our minds to the present, and connect with ourselves and others. NOVA is a great place to start or continue your wellness journey.
