MINDFUL FLOW YOGA

 

Repetitive, creative, expressive movement is a wonderful way for our bodies to process thoughts and emotions.  We can find a rhythm that begins to still the chaos buzzing around us. Join us for a journey on your yoga mat that not only nourishes your body and mind but awakens your soul.  This is an all-levels yoga class sprinkled with encouraging affirmations and meditations!

YIN & RESTORE YOGA

This gentle, grounding practice invites you to sink into gentle stretches while feeling fully supported and relaxed. Yin & Restorative yoga facilitate peace, surrender, and stillness in mind, body and soul, calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and releasing layers of age and stress.

 

SLOW FLOW & NIDRA

Sink into a gentle and rhythmic flow that will help you center and reconnect with your body.  This practice will soothe your senses and bring rich relaxation as you settle into the yogic rest called Nidra. Leave feeling awakened, rested, and empowered to move forward with intention and grace.

MAMA YOGA

 

A wonderful way for mamas to reconnect with their postpartum selves - mind, body, & soul. It can be hard to carve out time for self-care. This class offers a safe space where little ones (18 months and under) are welcome to crawl around as mamas practice healing amongst those in a similar season of life. Emphasis is placed on the pelvic floor and core restoration and healing.

PRENATAL YOGA

 

Safe for all stages of pregnancy, pre-natal yoga has countless benefits. Tone, strengthen, and lengthen to prepare for labor/delivery, ease aches/pains, and create more space in the body for baby, breath flow, and circulation. This class time cultivates peace, calm, and clarity to connect with baby and self during this sacred season of growth and will expand your motherhood “village” by connecting with other like-minded mamas.

Mama Ohana

A one-of-a-kind mama group for women in postpartum. Led by experienced mama and doula, Kim Reeves, Mama Ohana provides a safe and relaxing space for you and your baby to get out of the house, build community, and navigate healing in the 4th trimester. Weekly gatherings will include time to breathe, connect, and reflect.  Weekly gatherings included health & wellness resources, guest speakers, enjoyable discussions, light refreshments, and a wellness gift to take home!  Join our ever-growing NOVA Mama family!
